Overview
Designed and launched Snapstreak Restore, which addressed one of Snapchat's most emotionally charged user pain points - the loss of Snapstreaks. This highly profitable feature allowed users to recover accidentally broken streaks, turning a moment of frustration into a moment of relief. Users can pay $0.99 to restore a Snapstreak during a grace period, or use one of their free monthly Snapstreak restores included in their Snapchat+ subscription.
